The end of the year means everybody is talking about New Year’s resolutions. Before you start setting goals to get healthier or work out more, let’s slow down and think about what you really want. And let’s also think about whether or not setting a New Year’s resolution is even a good idea.

You’ve probably heard that most people ditch their resolutions by February, and we already know that diets statistically fail, so is it even worth setting goals in the New Year?

In this episode, we are going to talk about whether or not you want to set goals this year, and what it looks like to choose non-diet goals that will actually improve your health and well-being.

I’ll be sharing my step-by-step process for goal setting, how to systematically check in with yourself throughout the year, and some ideas for goals that will support you on your food freedom journey.
