For me, when I first started trying to eat intuitively it was exciting, but also scary and intimidating. I was aware of the 10 Principles of Intuitive Eating, but I didn’t have any further guidance or support and I made a LOT of mistakes along the way. 

 

Now, as a non-diet dietitian and an intuitive eating coach I have walked this journey with hundreds of people and I’ve seen the most common mistakes that people tend to make. The thing is, you might not even know you’re making these mistakes - let alone how to fix them. 

 

In this episode I’m sharing 5 of the TOP mistakes that tend to happen, and the science behind why these things are mistakes. When you can understand the pitfalls it’s easier to pivot and do things differently.
