A lot of people get started with intuitive eating and body acceptance and end up feeling really stuck. They’ll choose to stop dieting, they’ll start trying to listen to their body, and then when the newness wears off they start to second-guess themselves. They think, “What am I doing? This can’t possibly be healthy for me!” And that’s EXACTLY where a lot of people do get stuck.
