Have you ever thought to yourself, “I’ll be happy when ____?” And then you fill in the blank with something like, “when I lose weight,” or, “when I get healthier,” or, “when I feel more confident about my body?”
This is something that Erica Mather calls “The Happiness Trap” with our bodies.

She is a 1000-hour certified yoga therapist, helping people feel better in and about their bodies. She uses yoga therapy to help the injured, ill, and aging, and her programs to help people change their perspective on the purpose and value of their bodies.
