The term “joyful movement” really clicks for some people, and other people just don’t resonate with it. Does that mean that you shouldn’t exercise if you don’t find movement joyful? Not necessarily. 

 

In this episode I’m breaking down the reasons why people sometimes don’t like exercise - and what to do about it if you feel this way. I’m also going to share about this thing called “Exercise Resistance Syndrome” - which is essential for understanding how to heal your relationship with exercise.
